So...will the Giants give Eli the Peyton treatment at the end of the season??

Also, its really kind of a shitty way to describe someone who just broke his fibula as "sobbing like a baby."
It's an accurate description of what he did. It's not pejorative at all. I assume any of us would sob like a baby if we broke a fibula.

Oh hey, another name on the lists of Browns starting QBs since 1999. I mean, assuming nothing happens to Hogan between now and Sunday.

Chiefs don't have Hali or Berry and they're still going to the superbowl

against the Eagles!

goodstuff

I'm excited

Also, Jerry Jones wouldn't have pulled this shit if his team had any chance of making it to/through postseason. He waited until after their loss on Sunday and was like "well, we suck, I guess I can cause problems now, it's what my fellow white supremacists AND uber-rich friends want anyway, heregoes!"

Eagles of recent years tend to start the season a lot better than they finish
I think their coaching staff just isn't very good at adjusting over the course of the year after other teams figure out what theyre doing

I'm actually quite surprised about the Giants. But I guess I should have just been surprised that they managed to do so well last year. If you're lucky you'll have a new head coach and draft a highly regarded QB (or sell off your pick for a buttload)

This article sums up a lot of the problems the giants had

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/page/Ba ... rouble-nfl

Really a lot of this was predictable, but everyone in the front office and coaching staff is horrifically incompetent.

Jerry Jones has (directly or indirectly) caused all the problems for the Cowboys over the last 2 decades.

Didn't Hogan already start as Browns QB before? I swear he started one back when McCown and Kessler were injured last year. Our O-line was shit then its better now, but not enough. Crowell is playing like shit. Hogan did well against jets so he does deserve a shot. Browns don't have a QB that can do it all. No player really can. At least Browns are starting to show progress that they realize that.

I think either NYG or CLE will get number 1 pick. Chargers play both of them and should get wins against each one this year. They are already 1/2 way there. SF has come really close to beating a few teams. I think they could steal a game from Rams and or Arizona at some point in the season. SF, CLE, NYG, Chargers will be top 4 picks. Jets and Miami will be 5 and 6. Miami looks bad with Cutler. Why did he come back if he was gonna play like this? I'm amazed Jets have 3 wins this season.

Jags are random and will ditch Bortles next year. They could trade up with any of the aforementioned teams. They spent a lot of money and picks on defense and good run game. Someone told them good run game and defense wins championships. I wonder who told them that...

The giants will surely come up with a way to win 6 games this year and not even profit off of our ineptitude.

prob true
plus they've been in quite a few of their games this year. Just shitty play calling/clock management gave the other team a foothold

To be honest, I think giants may need to sack more than just their Coach to get on the right track. A better staff that actually spends picks and money on oline and run game could turn things around for them. 6 games sounds a bit much. I will have to take a look at their schedule to see how many I think they'll get.

If I remember right the NFC East plays both AFC and NFC West this year. Then you would tack on the remaining #2's from the NFC North and South

Looking at NYG schedule, at 'best' they could beat SF, ARI, DAL, PHI, WAS, and Rams. They have to play WAS twice but certainly won't take both. So I'm gonna guess they go 3-13. That may be enough for them to realize they messed up and sack their GM, coach and maybe more

NYG, CLE, LAC, SF, MIA, NYJ might not be the exact order of who drafts next year, but those 6 should be in the first 6 picks unless Jags or someone else trade up.

They have no money to spend. 30m before the obj extension. They need 5 linemen. Linemen are not cheap.

The giants will probably push in next year with roughly the same crew, after that they should blow it up. Lots of money coming off the books.

The Jets are going to win enough games to stay out of the bottom six. Took five wins last year to be in the top six and we definitely have another three in us (Dolphins, Chargers, and perhaps the Bills).

Chargers D doesn't look too bad I think they could be higher than 1-7 in the draft.

Rams look good they could go post season.

If they play like they did last week (the Bills) and McCown can keep his number of turnovers at two or less we will win that game. Especially if Powell comes back.
