However, I know that a lot of the members, myself included, are interested in other games. So, I thought that I would make a new forum for such things. In particular, I had in mind that Diplomacy might go well here; we've had some problems on the GL, which basically come down to the fact that there are very few players, and so any personal issues or major conflicts with styles of play are felt in pretty much every game. Feel free to use this forum for any game you can think of that would/might run well on a forum, though. We play Chess a lot over on the GL, for example. Anything that can run at a slow pace, basically.
I'm also interested, of course, in drawing in other gamers, and getting them addicted to Mafia.
But mostly, I think there's a lack of places where you can play games over a long period of time.If a particular game catches on and becomes very popular here, I'll set up a forum for it; in addition, I may/will set up a section of the main site for articles/theory/whatever for these games, along with anything else (waiting lists, moderators, etc.) that we use in the Mafia forums.
