Fates Mafia *looks* like a fluke to me, but it's a short game, so there's little harm in nominating/seconding it. The judges will sort it out later.

Nominate Glork for Paragon

If he can't, I damn well will. This is the easiest way to explain why

EDIT: I'll remove the link if that was bad since it's in an ongoing. But it's not really game relevant information. It's just a VERY convenient list of Glork kicking ass as town.

Forth Glork for Paragon

Also as far as Fates Mafia goes, even as scum, I did find the game enjoyable (reading through and participating in night action... if it went on for one more day I think it would have been pretty damn good.

You're 100% wrong.

Yeah. It's totally a fluke that we pegged 3/4 scum the first day, and I investigated the final scum the first night.

It was also luck the only people who received any votes from town were all scum.

You didn't "peg" 3/4 of scum. You named them amongst other players as possible scum, and then happened to lynch one of them, which killed another one. That's somewhat luck; it's somewhat skill too, I'm not saying it isn't. But the game likely wouldn't happen the same way a second time.

I read Fates mafia because it was HILARIOUS.

And the Chrono/Exe lynch was very very much deserved- Exe flipped from voting his lover early on to claiming lovers with him later which screamed scum among other things such as Chrono's terrible vote on Reck because "either scum or PR".
Chrono's lynch was from legitimate scumhunting and awesomeness.

Cooldog+longing vig+cop and parama getting doc'd, though largely from PoE, was also at least based on other people looking town, so yeah. Town dun good.

6th/nth Fates Mafia for Most Enjoyable Game
4th Fates for Protown Performance

There were no other players who were named as possible scum D1. Hence, town did their part in catching 3 scum. (Just so happened 2 lovers were lynched, leaving the lone scum suspect to be shot).

The only random aspect in this game imo was the bandwagonning, which occurs in many games. The subsequent reaction analysis, along with play analysis was not random. I think the main thing that makes this game look less spectacular in terms of scumhunting is all the caps, but looking past that, I saw very strong town play in terms of catching onto scum-motivated comments, which lead to the eventual lynch, and outting of other scum. Then the vig and cop acted accordingly, and was especially nice cop-ping by reck. The combination of town day game + town PR play was rather exceptional.

I do not wish to argue whether this game was more due to luck or skill, considering that I was town and undoubtly look at this game with some degree of bias. The town did however show that they were not just headless chickens running around randomly (including the town PRs).

Nominate Parama for Paragon of Mafia Hunters

Relevant.
TL;DR Parama caught all three scum, and was the driving force behind their lynches which took place on Days 2, 3 and 4.

I personally have not been in a game where he was wrong, and when he was wrong in the games that I haven't been in, the information squeezed from him has helped out in some way or another. I felt compelled to nom.

I actually like Parama's play in that game.

Problem is, whenever he plays with me his reads are shit.

SECONDED

While there were some flaws in the setup, this game was a LOT of fun. Like, definitely more fun than any of the other games I've played recently.

I'm sufficiently satisfied at the end though. Directly responsible for 3/4 scum deaths, and malthusis didn't get endgamed.
