first, if there were only 3 people this mason (a lord and 2 body guards) and one is dead
right?
now, let's say a scum claims to be a bodyguard, the real body guard could expose him, but then he would most certainly die at night leaving the lord completely exposed
also, what if there was only one body guard, then if the lord said you were lying he's as good as dead
the only thing of any value in your post was the ironic truth of the deadline and votecount
although after reading that post, I figure you're either a really stupid bodyguard, or you're just such a noob that you seem to be really stupid, though considering oyu have over 200 posts, i think we can assume you're experienced

I feel really uneasy right now, because all of the lurkers are voting for me, and scum could jump on at the last minute to lynch me...

I would want to lynch one of those people who wanna lynch me, because I kinda claimed Mason which means I'm no way near scummy.

For this proposal I present the following scenario,

You are a Mason,
Someone has claimed to be in the same masonry as you, but they are not,
No doctors have been killed yet,
Someone else is being bandwagoned because they voted for said mason claimer, if you do not come out and counterclaim, this person will die and the lying claimer, will get away with it all.

Would you then claim in order to stop the town from lynching an innocent and letting a scum off the hook? (with no doctors dead, it seems probable that you will receive nightprotection if the false claimer is revealed to be scum)


I believe the answer to that question for nearly everyone would be yes,
and until someone makes an actual argument showing why this is false i propose we go about this game in this manner,

put 7 votes on IS, then wait to see if anyone counterclaims me, if nobody does, we lynch IS.

This can confirm my innocence as well as kill a lynch happy lying scum who's been lurking out of character this game.
