Things I've learned.
1. It's just a game, have fun.
2. Don't waste time on people who think you are scum. Ignore them and keep scum hunting.
3. Don't take everything so personal.
4. Tunneling sucks (unfortunately I can't seem to stop)

one thing to consider is that due to the way the review committee works, if they're an active player now, they likely won't be later as they have access to the setup information, which is kind of a big deal.
Anyway, please do have patience. I don't think it'll take us too long to pick someone to take this over full time.
The Mini Normal queue is actually the shortest queue, because so many people join it without having a viable setup ready. If your setup works, you can get to the front of the queue pretty quickly by overtaking all the people whose setups don't.

I can affirm this. I /in'd to mod in March, got my review started in May, and started modding a week ago.

I waited for quite a while, though. I /ined to mod in January, sent my review in early March, got my review in early April, and then signups started in May. Then again, I did have a ton of ready mods ahead of me, so I'm cool with it.
