There is a major Enigmatica update available, to 0.4.8. I plan to look into updating, wanted to give a heads up first.
It has potential to break biomes. A backup will be made, and if there is biome fallout we'll probably have a vote of the people who have been playing to see what to do.
Options would be: live with the changes; start a fresh world; stay on the same world and I RTP to a new place, giving a "new town warp" to facilitate moving your stuff.

There is likely a day at least for input, but speak now please!

The server has been updated to 0.4.8. No issues detected, so we seem to get lucky and not have the biome issues reported by other people.

Minecraft is a solid game. It's so popular that it's been tried by hundreds of millions of people. "Billions" would both be an exaggeration, yet little enough of an exaggeration that it's not clearly hyperbole, since it wouldn't be much more orders of magnitude, the estimate I found was 400 million, so it's a fifth of two billion.

There is a bug in the Tetra mod which can cause a client crash when clicking on one of the double chests from the mod.
If that happens, please post the coordinates in the thread or in the Discord so that an admin can go and delete the bad block.
The bad ones happen in areas where other world gen has destroyed part of the Tetra gen. You can tell it is bad by looking at the One Probe -- half of the chest will say it is air when you look at it.

Create Factory is coming along. Using an IF laser drill for the ores to process on this side.


Here is a closer look (screenie taken before I completed the building) - funnel pulling the ores from the chest and a fan to blow them onto the conveyor belt, which takes them to the crusher wheels. Right now they are just going into another chest, but the next step is to add the washing cycle on the crushed ore.

Hi friends o/

Looks like some fancy stuff ETL. I'd love to join and try it but not sure my once mighty computer is still up to the task. This weekend it overheated and shut itself down twice just trying to launch vanilla Minecraft . Of course it could have been that we hardly ever use the ol' workhorse anymore so it was trying to do a million updates and antivirus scans at the same time and I was being impatient .

My oldest son is 6 now and I introduced him to Minecraft this weekend. With the workstation having its issues long story short I'm giving bedrock edition a try on a Kindle tablet with a Bluetooth gamepad. Currently my son watches me play and helps/make suggestions and I occasionally let him try to move our character around without much success lol. Once he gets the hang of things, it'll be nice we can play together on different devices over LAN without needing to host a server somewhere.

How's the MS server doing? Is it just modded now or is there still a relic vanilla server lying around somewhere? Anyone else playing on bedrock edition?

In the unlikely event you haven't heard, there is a Log4J vulnerability that Minecraft installs could be exposed to.
When using the standard launcher the downloads that happen when you start the launcher should patch it.
If you're using non-standard launchers like MultiMC, Twitch/Curse (or whatever it currently calls itself), FTB (or whatever it calls itself now) etc, then you should look into launcher updates to see that you're covered.

Akliz has handled it, for the MS related servers. For users of other server hosts you should see if your host has taken care of it.
