I nominate Open 470: Cat's Eye (Masons and Mafia) for "Best Performance Pro-Town Team". Town was able to cause scum to mis-fire twice on the first day, another scum to mis-fire on the second day, and a lynch of the last scum on the last day. Town had a lot of confidence in each other and rapidly there were many confirmed townies due to good play.

personally, I'd be fine if games ending in the first week of january were given a grace period so long as their nomination went through and was seconded, making them eligible for either awards (though only considered once). But that hasn't been the policy in the past.

We should make it the policy. It would be illogical to take a game that was started in 2012 and has the vast majority of posts in 2012 and count it as a 2013 game.

Does it matter? You need a cutoff point somewhere and there is always going to be that one game that is just a day off. Just nom it for 2013.
