Eh, well. Its probably UCT. I did a Shammy/TP42 ISO when flying. Funny thing. UCT shows up A LOT in the ISO. CO gets mentioned like twice. Offhandedly. UCT is just this awesome pinata for TP42/Shammy:

"Hes scum! Hes town! Hes scum! Hes a VI! His claim sounds legit! This UCt post is scummy! This one is obv VI! This one is Hurrurrrrrrrrrrr."

Then there is CO and they both ignore him entirely. IDK, read into that what you will but I *think* its UCT. I understand why CD wants CO to go though. I will read both of their ISO tonight.

confirmed cop wanted CO, angry blue bird wants CO, and the happy blue bird made his own ISO for CO.

Last time I went with my own reads, it went horrible (mas, image, gutter, flp) but i can't be wrong THAT many times.
