I suspected both Lupo and BBS (as well as triangle), it was almost an "eenie meenie miney moe" thing to choose between them.

My current top suspects are BBS and one of (pecanpie, Cherry Dog). BBS is far scummier than anyone else in this game, and the other two are quite a bit below that, but a bit scummier than everyone else.
