After a few short minutes, Jorgen reappeared.

"Puny humans! I was about to get a bath! You think you can find the last puny Anti-Fairy that quickly? Don't make me laugh! I-"

"Oh, screw this," captaineddie said. "Seanald is scum, and Vifam should die!" He sent a bolt of magical lightning at Vifam's face. Remy Buxaplenty was suddenly a pile of ashes.

Jorgen was silent for a moment. Then he shrugged, and similarly blasted Seanald in the face. Chad, too, became nothing but dust.

"Wait for it... Keep waiting... Now!" Jorgen said, just as a blue cloud popped into existence around Chad. The dust cleared, and in Chad's place was a very cube-shaped Anti-Fairy.

"Foop!" Jorgen shouted. "You puny-humans managed to get all the Anti-Fairies. Good! Now... forget everything!" Jorgen sent a burst of magic at the remaining living children. The next morning, they woke up in their beds, the memories of their time in Fairy World quickly fading.

WOO that was a doozy. This entire game was a clusterfuck of a disaster from the get go, but despite all that, I had a ton of fun. I'll admit a lot of it came from bad modding; accidentally confirming Balrog as town was a big one, although I'd like to say that I would have responded in that manner to a game breaking strategy no matter the strategist's alignment. That's no excuse though, since I should have had rules like that in from the beginning. I also didn't even think to send out confirmation PMs for role changes on Night 1, which is why Benmage acted oddly. Sorry Benmage.

As for the setup, back when I was a naive young boy (a few weeks ago, before this game started), I actually thought that this setup was essentially balanced. Sure, maybe a little swingy, but that's why I gave scum the backfire ability. Surely then it would be ok! Yeah, I was wrong. However, in the sense that this game was an experiment to see if this kind of mechanic could work, I'd say it was a success! I think that, with a lot of tweaking, it could definitely work, and I'd like to try it out again sometime.

Anyway, you all did great, even the people who kept trying to break the game. I think I learned a lot about modding (rule 1: don't make a retardedly broken setup), and since this is only my second modded game, any experience is good experience. So thanks everyone! :D

Night 1:

-L- wished for a neighborhood with Balrog and Benmage.
Balrog wished for whoever backfired this wish to survive the night.
Benmage wished to be a bulletproof SK. Then, because of mod stupidity, I allowed him to become an investigationproof SK during day 2.
captaineddie wished to know the wish of MrZepher.
Human Destroyer wished to be a 1-shot dayvig.
Klick wished to give himself a truth-only post restriction. I further refined it so he would get a warning the first time he broke it and death the second time.
MrZepher wished to know the name and alignment of anyone who targeted him that night.
Sanjay wished to become Obi-Sanjay Kenobi, a reflexive treestump.
Vifam wished to investigate adorkable.
adorkable backfired MrZepher, and Seanald backfired Vifam.

Night 2:

-L- wished to be a day JOAT with a 1-shot cop and 1-shot vig.
Sanjay wished to add a 1-shot weak neighborizer to his role. Balrog wished to make Sanjay's role better, so I gave Sanjay a 2-shot weak neighborizer instead.
captaineddie wished for a 1-shot dayvig.
Human Destroyer wished to be a 1-shot dayvig, and to change his role to General Cow Cow... ask him, I have no idea.
MrZepher wished to be vengeful for the night phase.
Vifam wished to steal one of Sanjay's abilities, and got the reflexive treestump.
And Seanald killed Sanjay.

Weren't you the one who didn't want to break the game because you wanted to have fun with your wishes? Benmage thought being an SK would be fun. Personally, I'm glad he did it, it definitely makes things more interesting. Or it would have, but, yknow, whoops. : P

Well, one thing I was mulling over was giving the mafia wishes. Probably not the same amount town have, because then that's essentially 6 possible nightkills, but maybe 1 each or 2 for the entire faction or something like that.

i thought my fakeclaim was pretty sweet though....no?

to make it even you just restrict the wishes to utilities. Like the wishes can only grant 1 person 1 type of utility for a night. Meaning only 1 person could get a vigilante type role. This would discourage people from just wishing for cops and vig's because you run the risk of wasting an entire wish, you'd end up with more trackers, watchers, different things like that.

take what makes a game balanced and then limit the wishes around that. you can still be creative like Sanjay did.

Personally I think allowing day wishes was stupid.

You can't fake them... Can't counter them.

Can't say it was some sort of blocked action, to check the claims.

And it auto confirms you town..... day actions show without any question you have wishes... other things, even L's neighborhood can be argued by scum doing it or something.

But day wishes have no wiggle room for arguments.

Mod you could maybe allow scum to NK, and block 1 wish... I think that might help.

Then say a wish like L's happens, but they kill L.... Scum player XXX could lie that they wished the neighborhood.... Allows for more wiggle room.
