So I still have a small chance if I don't drop too far after NA's 3rd place. Like...perfect points from finals? Plus hopefully guessing correct on 3rd place (I think I had that at 5 games, which is plausible considering how their last matchup went.

P-EDIT: Why? Because it's almost guaranteed Fnatic will win? I think they'll keep a perfect season (and my game prediction should reflect that) but Origin could still upset at least one game, or even the series.

It'd be cool to finally win one of these, though.

So why those three? It seems like they don't have enough points to reach me even if the remaining winners are Liquid/TSM/FNatic. They'd make up ground on Liquid because of my messup, but that's it.

EDIT: Or I guess that's more a 1st-3rd listing, since everyone else between me and Glork didn't pick the final to be TSM vs. CLG. So...I think I won already?!

not including "Fnatic wins" there are 3 (EU Finals Game #)+3 (NA Finals Game #)+1.5 (3rd place Match #)+4.5 (NA 3rd winner)+9 points (NA Finals winner) left outstanding. The 9 comes from the NA finals, the 4.5 comes from the NA 3rd place match. Getting the number of games right fills in the rest. So they just need to make up a difference of 7 to make it. If they get the 3rd place match correct, that only means they need to get one of the games right that you didn't in terms of guessing how many games were played. I haven't seen whether you guessed the same or differently.

They're guaranteed 3rd place points aside from # of games because I flubbed those, but all three of us picked TSM and Fnatic to win. If Liquid wins (and assuming at least they picked the right #) that'd put them at 35.5 at most, one point behind me. If I'm right then you tack on an extra 1.5 to mine so I'm at 38.0.

I guess if they get one of the finals numbers right where I'm wrong they'd win, but only if Liquid wins and they guess the numbers correctly, yeah.

Close stuff. Shame I'll be at work so I can't watch the 3rd place. I'm pretty sure I picked 5.

Come worlds, you'll have to step it up to have a shot. TSM have already done this to get past the amazing teams of gravity and liquid. It's a lot to ask to make such an improvement again in the next tournament.
