yup
I've started to think of Dreadwyrm stance of almost like a nuisance more than anything after the changes. Ruin 3 doesn't feel like a power buff like it used to.

I wasn't joking when I said the story gets better in heavensward. I'm doing the intermediary stuff between HS->SB presently and the story is still pretty decent.
