Yay! I knew it! I was actually gonna change my vote to thesp, but then i thought and decided that i will vote him next day. I was suspicious of aegor because it seemed to me like he was faking his post when he was going like 'can we lynch pj now' and such, cos he got a town ticket when he was pushing too hard for my wagon against ABR.

and i m very sorry for my almost no contribution. This is not the way i play.i feel bad cos pj should have lived. He got lynched even after his contribution and i was alive even though i hardly did anything. Though i tried to lynch rainbow but it was too late.

and thanks huntress for giving me a chance to play! :D

Gladly just nuke the above.
Was a pretty good start. Didn't follow up with RBD though.

I guess apologies to PJ - I just felt he was slightly more likely than RBD.

I still hate his no lynch plan ;)

The difference was we'd figured out you were town, and PJ did not have that going for him. I accept your apology as long as you don't do stuff like that again.

Coming from (you) someone who was more right in this game than just about everyone else, to someone (me) who feels like they were quite wrong throughout, this means a lot. :)

And I'm super glad it was Rainbowdash. I did not envy the thought of having to get kabooooom lynched tomorrow, then be in some terrible deathmatch against Thor665, HighShroomish, and emeraldemon. (Or who knows who else - I didn't like my odds!)

I am super glad Bulbazak got lynched when he did. I am uncertain that there would have been a better time for that to happen. I think it was a perfect storm of events that facilitated it.

I also think that emogirl123's performance stands out, but that as an ensemble the town did a pretty get job as a whole of looking pro-town. There were a few notable exceptions, but I can imagine the difficult decisions at night of who to nightkill, when so many people just weren't going to be lynched.

Thanks for the game, all. Thanks especially to those who replaced into this monstrosity, and thanks for Huntress running the game (and for using my votecounter!).

To clarify the above - I didn't have a good read on Bulba scum - if I'd gotten my RBD lynch that day I probably would have continued to miss him for a few days and used my town energy to bully other lynches through.

I likely would have been the same way. Funny, my last minute shenanigans trying to get Rainbowdash lynched over Bulbazak was evidence used against me, when it turns out they were both scum. :P

oops. I suspected approximately 1 person of the actual scum and that was ABR before I got WIFOMED by the scum kill :P

Good game Huntress! I'm sorry you had to replace me, but hopefully I've learned my lesson and I don't try to play again anytime soon. :D

Wow, totally didn't expect the quick lynch, I'm glad it was successful. Thanks to everyone, I do think town did a good job this game, but I also think it was hard for scum once the first one was caught. I'm wondering now how 15/4 would play out.

In a game without any PRs it's easy to feel like everything is pointless WIFOM, and it was hard for me to keep motivated with such a high post count to go through. The high number of replace-outs makes me think I wasn't the only one (and the replaces make the game harder to read, which makes it worse...). Fortunately we had some hard-working town to keep things going, I especially liked the play from The Fonz, Zdenek, Sotty and Thor this game. Thanks for carrying me to victory :)

Too bad you guys don't give two shits about my reads. Before I get lynched, make sure Brian Skies at least attempts a reason. Maestro had his chance to influence my wagon and he didn't. It's too late, even if he removes his vote after this point, I still associated him with Bulbazak regardless if he leads.

I think you all did very well both in keeping up, for the most part, and in finding the scum. It was interesting how all three of them were under suspicion from very early on.

Would shorter deadlines have helped or hindered this game? I'm in two minds about this.
In post 2713, emeraldemon wrote:I'm wondering now how 15/4 would play out.
That was actually my first planned setup for this game but I was advised it would only have a 17.8% chance of a town win, so I dropped it to three mafia/14 town then added two more town as that was deemed to be more balanced. In retrospect I think 14/3 might have been more even but it's hard to judge based on one game.

town did good, sorry that I replaced out.
Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

ABR replacing out mixed with him not actually ever being replaced killed any chance of scum winning. Came into the game expecting him to actually get replaced, not essentially get deadline lynched due to nothing coming from the slot.

If he stayed or if the slot got replaced somewhat quickly I don't think the slot would have been lynched and that would have drastically changed the game. From that point scum had no chance. Cleared too many, Bulb wasn't in a great spot and my slot was already damaged goods.

I'm seriously disappointed my slot wasn't replaced. It could have turned the tide of the game.
