Although the game ended on January 2nd I would like to see if it can get the nom for best newbie game. Most everyone talked and the game went really quick in comparison to other games. Plus both scum died with no town fatalities.

Didn't he take it down on New Year's day? If so the 2007 awards shouldn't be affected by what happened in 2008. (Even if there was an arguement for it being affected by the thing being down, which I'm not sure there is, especially as it could be hosted by anyone as it works.)

Oh, that game we played in scumchat? I forget what it's called. But it was freaking awesome, and I'd be interested to see it in forum format.

EDIT: The fact that it never made an appearance on MS (as far as I can tell) probably invalidates it from recieving a possible award, though.

It was sort of a mix between kingmaker and vengeful. It was a nightless setup that worked thusly:

day 1 would be a standard lynchvote thing. However, the player who was lynched, instead of dying would have one day as king. He would then execute someone, he would die, his alignment would be revealed and the person he executed would become king.

It was fun, but had some serious endgame weirdness.
