Close, it requires 7 fuel, to do nothing. Mad Jackal will have to pick the fuel type. Mad Jackal has an option to play another card, in which case we do another round of attributes. If he plays an activating attribute, it will require 7 fuel to be activated.

(Might I suggest bananas then as you can harvest them the same as bananadine?)
