Qxd4+ Rf2 Qxc4 Na3 Qe6 Nb5 Na6 Nd4 Qg6 Raf1, and White has compensation (or at least counterplay). Black usually has to sacrifice a piece back to survive, at which point white has endgame drawing chances.
