The way I'm going to format this post is that it's basically going to be an ISO Roundup.
I'm skipping Havingfitz/Egyptian because that slot is 99.99999999999999999% confirmed town due to Egyptian. Not the most honorable way to get slots but I can't ignore something that's right in front of me.
Fonti:
I had a bad itch about him from D1 onward. I think I need to clarify this because of my sort of ambiguous nature yesterday.
Hiraki wrote:What you saw yesterday was diversion at its best.
As I stated right here, I needed another day alive. I needed people talking and by directly avoiding anything relevant (i.e. voting Fonti and then being an ass about it[sorry]) I figured that would at least stir up some discussion. What I did not predict was Whiskers' intrusion. Even if I did die, it wouldn't be totally in vain with Whiskers being safe for the night and the amount of relevant content being created. I figure that the scum has to at least talk a little bit. I've honestly never won by lurking (not to say that I don't think lurking isn't a legitimate strategy--the times where I've found it useful compared to the times where I've found it.
tl;dr I acted stupid in order to use myself as bait.
Moving on
, here were my original problems with Fontisan which make my gut tremble in unsoundness.
Fonti wrote:inb4 scum thought Gravity was a mason.
Fonti wrote:Hmm, no the mason claim thing is still objectively bad. If we can get scum to shot vanilla townies instead of the masons for a Night or two, we're pretty much golden.
I think I'm the only one who will think badly of these things though.
So, let me make this
very
clear. I think Fonti is probably town but if he isn't that only means I need to take my gut more seriously. Everything I said yesterday was a copypaste of what I said in previous days which were also very much gut-based. I have no problems with Fonti connecting the dots, although I'm not a fan of that method because I think its too imprecise, and finding me at the end of the tunnel. It's not like he was doing it inconsistently.
Baezu:
One of the main problems that I have with Baezu is that he comes off as inexperienced in this game but I do not think he is that inexperienced.
That being said, I'm flipflopping right here. This is one of the things that I wanted to investigate (as of last night).
I've done a meta assessment and there is a clear difference between her town and scum play. Unfortunately, this looks more like her town play.
Here are some examples:
Mafia:

http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... er_sort=Go
Town:
http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... er_sort=Go
http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... er_sort=Go
Comparing the two (disregarding all SE posts in the first mafia game), you can see that there's a degree of preparedness that Baezu gives in her scum games when compared to her town games which demonstrate on the fly feeling. All of the factors from Baezu's posts demonstrate a more scummy feeling but I'm willing to take a risk and flip-flop here.
This leaves the following candidates for scum.
Madcitrus, Mathblade, and +-. By the end of this post, I will have a reformatted idea of the order in which these guys should die.
MadCitrus: I do not remember much about MadCitrus or +-, which is not a good thing. That's okay for Mathblade because he just replaced in. For Mathblade, I will honestly be looking at his predecessor for now.
MadCitrus wrote:I acknowledge my prod. I'll actually read the thread and get caught up tmrw, my other game ended
Then:
MadCitrus wrote:Can someone summarize what's going on with the wagon on Grib? Couple quotes will do nicely please and thanks
This is lazy.
MadCitrus wrote:Whoever's third scum, you should totally just reveal tmrw. You're pretty screwed
As much as this moves me away from calling MC scum, it moves me even closer since I don't understand his thought pattern (excluding TO) and he's being purposefully ambigious.
MC wrote:but Font's argument is convincing and Hiraki kinda deflected
This is good. This leaning more towards town.
Overall, MC is ambiguous but his reads aren't bad. I'm expecting him to be in the middle of my kill-list.
+-: Like MC, I don't remember much from this slot but the problem is that they've been here since the beginning of the game. Already, they're at the top of my list.
+- wrote:First off, small reads for people who either 1) haven't contributed much or 2) don't matter right now.
This is too early for this and the content within the post is not good.
Something interesting to note is that +- did not post between August 2nd and August 8th. The 4th and 7th (to be fair, the latter half of these days) were both days where no one in the Hydra spoke. Furthermore, +- makes the least amount of mention toward Rubicon being a mason until D3 where he just chills with it. The latter argument can go either way but there is something fishy with +-'s posting before that. +- will probably be my favored lynch for today.
+- wrote:By the way, all my problems are now clear so I am back to playing!
Is there any reason why you'd say this on the day that the game started up again? This is lynch material that I missed.
+- wrote:I'm going through a lot of personal stuff and the other head is on semi-vacation so this is hard.
In context, this is damning considering the amount of text given from + compared to - in Day 1.
The next post (i'm getting lazy) is one that shows that - did not complete her reads list that day. Taking personal account into this, I have to say that if I don't have reads, I don't have a good grasp of the game overall. I was a little bit too Control+F happy when looking for people associated with Rubicon and/or masons.
Probably going to be at the top of the list.
Mathblade:
Replaced TO where I read titus as pretty hard town with association to the rubicon fiasco but let's take another peek and I don't have much to say. Titus wasn't the most active but I did enjoy reading her postings. Nothing super groundbreaking but not bad.
Mathblade isn't the best but that's okay, I've already got the information I need.
SO, here's how this is going.
+- today, MC tomorrow (if needed)
By then, that will end the game. There's no reason to NL tomorrow because scum can just NK.
Unvote, Vote: +-
