I am happy to announce my third Marathon game, which will take place entirely on Skype. The evenings of August 22-23 will be filled with amazing joy and intense pleasure for those who join. As an added bonus, if the game fills within three days, I'll finish my write-up of game events from the previous game! (No, I'm not telling you how many people I need to fill it. Figure it out!)
A Few Things To Consider
1. This game may be considered slightly bastard. Not, like, Arkham bastard, but bastard nonetheless. A few things I can guarantee: there will be no mod-controlled characters, there will be no more than one Legendary Box, there will not be fifteen tribe swaps, there will not be a mutiny feature, and Jeff Probst, unfortunately, will not be hosting the game.
2. I reserve the right to medevac your slot if it is determined by myself that you are spreading hate and spewing things that are not loving and kind. Let's get some sunshine and rainbows up in here!
3. On the same note, I don't mind if you get upset with me. I'm a human, so I'm likely going to make a minimum of 15.4 mistakes over the course of this game. If one of these mistakes in particular offends you, please let me know. I'll always do my best to make it right. HOWEVER, I would ask that you confront me privately, or at least respectfully present your side if we are in a public setting.
4. While this will take place over Skype, there will be no host-mandated calls. I don't care if players make their own calls, but that hasn't happened in any of these games that I've been in, and with the time constraints, I don't see it happening now.
5. Due to events in previous games, I am making an executive decision to reveal my tiebreaking procedures in various scenarios.
Spoiler: Procedures
1. If 2 or more players are tied in an initial Tribal Council vote, we will revote, with those players involved in the tie not allowed to vote. If a tie persists after a revote, I will randomly draw rocks to decide who goes home. Only the Immunity Challenge winner, and those who were being voted for will be safe from drawing rocks.
2. If all votes cast against players are ruled not to count because of hidden items, or things of that nature, we will revote. The Immunity Challenge winner, and anyone who played an item making votes which are cast against them not count, will have immunity from this revote. If a further revote results in a tie, I will follow the procedures listed above.
3. If a jury vote for a Final Three results in a tie, we will revote. The player who received the least votes from the jury will also vote. Only in the event of a further tie will this extra vote be revealed.
6. As always, twists have been predetermined to occur at a specific time. These twists will occur without warning, and generally without provocation. This is to ensure that no explicit advantage or disadvantage is given to any one player/groups of players.
If this sounds intriguing to you, sign up below! Just indicate your wish to play, and also one twist you would like to see in the game. As I said, this game is already planned out, but I would love your input for next time. If you're not for sure you can be there, go ahead and sign up anyway! The more, the merrier, right?

Howdy! I'm down for playing, I just need to remember to get on Skype
Twistos idea - Blood vs Water: Put people in pairs, and let everyone know who is in what pair. Then separate them in the 2 tribes. If one pair makes it to the final 3 or 4 or something, that pair automatically wins.
As I didn't play the last one, I don't know: does this involve talking via Skype as well, or just the chat?
