Activity Rules
1. Give notice for V/LA and indicate the time period it will be for.
2. If you have not posted in 48 hours, you will be prodded
3. Failure to post within 24 hours of a prod will result in your replacement.
4. Three prods and you're replaced.
5. Days will last 12 real world days and nights will last 48 real life hours.
Voting
1. Lynches result from %50 + 1 votes.
2. Only votes in the BOLD or VOTE tags will count
3. If there is no majority at a day end deadline, no lynch will occur
4. Do NOT post the day after your lynched or killed, not even for a "darn it!" post.
Game Specific Rules
Setup:
This will be a variant of the Great/er/est Idea mafia. Pre-game, players will choose 3 roles (2 town and 1 scum of any faction) from the Greater Idea Wiki page HERE. The mod will then take these roles and form a pool of possible roles. Any role that was chosen more than there are copies of that role in the list (ie, there are 4 Masons, but only 1 JOAT) will have the extras discarded and replaced with vanilla of the same faction. (For example, 2 submissions of an Alien Psychotrooper results in 1 Alien Psychotrooper and 1 Vanilla Alien in the pool of possible roles). Role list will be randomized (using Random.org) until a setup of 1-4 scum is outputted.(a)
For the purposes of alignment when choosing roles, each role counts toward the alignment it STARTS the game as. (ie. Underdog starts the game as a survivor, thus is a scum submission from a player)(b)
Submissions must be clear on the exact role from the list they are choosing. Do NOT submit "Serial Killer" without indicating which one you mean (each one on the list has a different immunity). In any cases of similar ambiguity, the mod reserves the right to reject your submission and ask for another or to forcibly choose the closest role to what you submitted.(c)
I will emphasize that submissions go into the POSSIBLE role pool, you are NOT guaranteed to receive a role from your three submissions (in fact it is highly unlikely you will). (d)
Scum are not guaranteed to be on the same team (if there are more than 1 to begin with). Multiball is possible (and likely).(e)
When the game starts, the mod will announce how many submissions were discarded and replaced with vanilla roles due to excessive submissions of the same role. It will look like this "Vanilla Role Replacement Count: X
". This count does not include any actual submissions of a vanilla role, only submissions that were REPLACED with a vanilla role.God Mod Rule
