Valdes would be fantastic if he's as good as he was at Barca. Injuries + age make that risky tho. Look at how Casillas became awful.

Jones makes stupid mistakes but he can read a game as well as anyone in the prem besides like John Terry. And he's brave! Which is why he can't stay fit but like that header to stop Giroud from scoring... Nobody else could've done that.

US has looked pretty terrible in all three matches. it's just that their competition is worse than they are. the back line has looked really bad, and Brooks getting his second yellow makes it worse for quarters.

He's been on the decline over the last 12-18 months from what I've seen, makes some sense they want someone else.

Even tho its apparently not happening anymore(per roberto martinez, tho who ever really knows), I'd take Evans for 8 million EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. Would be super worth I think for a lot of teams.

Like if Stoke didn't get Wollschied for just under 4million, and instead were gonna get Evans for 8 I'd be just as happy with the transaction.

But yeah idk how much time Evans will see at ManU this year, tho I still think he's pretty good. He's only fuckin 27, is HG, and while last year wasn't super great I'm pretty sure the guy isn't complete garbage.

like some dives LOOK like they could be(incorrectly called) fouls in real time, depending on where the official is. This one is like.... no part of it looked remotely close to a foul.

And to call it WHEN it was called.
