I really like the way this game's multiple vote mechanic works. At one point we had a 5 person majority in Shadoweh/chamber/N/Cheery Dog/Jelly, and we still had to discuss strategy because Def and JDGA combined had enough votes to remove one of us compared to the votes we threw in. Good thing other people weren't talking I guess? I'm still puzzling over how STD attracted a meteor of votes. It was super unnecessary even without ika throwing all his votes at him!

You don't think if it was just the four of us left that you and N might have thrown a few more votes our way?
I don't think we needed to split that early either with Jelly on our side, but apparently N was the one who offered a deal to Defender first the round we voted him out. Even if he backed out of it, it made us flipping on N look natural while we spent a whole 1 vote each on it and Def effectively took himself out.

While people not talking probably played a part, the fact that a fourth of the players in this game decided to willingly sacrifice their ability to have any power in the game is something that has hopefully proven here why no one should ever do that so early in the game with nothing else on their resume in future versions of this. Also, it being a full-scale anonymous Survivor game would probably contribute to people actually putting effort into winning.
This game did showcase a lot of potential for interesting strategy though, and I think it will end up being far more interesting next time.

essentially my thoughts
i think for starters people had too many votes, which kinda tends to overwhelm. in a game of 24p (assuming anon survivor), i would say maybe 36-40 is the most you should have.
i also think its worth considering having one vote every round, and then x votes to distribute over those rounds, instead of just having a lump sum. makes the whole std thing a bit redundant since lmao you're no goat now
i think as well this being a test run contributed to people not playing as hard as they could have (i know i definitely phoned it in), so hopefully w/ anon survivor that changes? also the rhythms of survivor would change this mechanic a lot i feel like, what with immunity and rewards
