You mean the test is graded on the time it took to send in instead of the time it took to actually answer the questions. That's going to put certain people at a disadvantage here.

The original plan was to put this test up at 4am in my timezone...

Test is graded based on amount of time to complete the test. It doesn't matter when you start it.
