Clef sat, twiddling his thumbs. Bright, nothing else to do, started collecting up the bits of shattered rock from SCP-____-J.

"So, uhh," said Clef, "you reckon we should do anything about that?"

"Nah," said Bright, now throwing and catching the rock fragments, "why bother? We can sort it out later. Not worth the effort."

Clef shrugged, and they walked away.

From what I understand, it's basically a wiki where people can make articles about fictional and possibly supernatural objects being stored in a facility, and the idea is that more and more articles can be added on while remaining self-contained. SCP stands for "secure contain protect".
