All rules listed in the Boilerplate Mafiascum Game Rules page apply to this game except where contradicted in the additional rules below, in which case the following rules will take precedence:
Game-play:
Blue
is reserved for the moderator. All other formatting is fair game with the provision that you do not impersonate me.
Flavor is for entertainment purposes only and has no significance in the game. This applies to flavor names, role flavor, VC flavor, flip flavor, etc. All flavor.
If it looks like you're voting, it will be counted. You may UNVOTE: before changing your vote, but it is not necessary. If you wish to remove your vote entirely, you must UNVOTE: . You may also vote not to lynch anyone by voting for a No Lynch, like this VOTE: No Lynch or VOTE: NL.
Lynches occur through simple majority (50% of living players + 1, rounded down). A No Lynch can be reached by a straight 50% vote, rounded up. If no majority is reached at deadline, the Day will end without a lynch. Once majority is reached, no further votes or unvotes will count.
All players, including the lynched player, are allowed to talk in twilight phase until I post the death scene. Day ends when the moderator locks the thread.
Dead players may make one "Bah!" post that does NOT contain any game information. If you think it might, leave it out. Things like, "Go town!" or "Bah!" are acceptable. I reserve the right to edit, cut, or outright delete your bah post if I feel it's too much.
Coded messages, posts in any language besides English, encrypted messages, "hidden" messages, or anything of that nature is NOT ALLOWED. The offending post will be removed and the player may be force-replaced or mod-killed, depending on the severity. This includes "tiny" text.
Player Conduct:
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ THESE RULES. Please do so.
Players who have not opened their role PM within 24 hours will be automatically replaced.
Prods will be issued to players if they have not posted within a 48-hour period. Players who have been prodded have 48 hours to make a post in the game thread before a replacement is sought. If the prod PM is not opened within 24 hours, I will seek a replacement sooner. Players requiring a second prod have 24 hours to post.
There is no third prod;
players requiring a third prod will be replaced immediately. This game is a commitment, and I expect you to honor it the best you can, please. If you've read these rules, please post with your confirmation how long a player has to post after being prodded a second time.
You are responsible for notifying me of any V/LA status BEFORE you are prodded. You may do so by PM or by bolding it in the game thread. I do not check the V/LA threads, nor your profiles, for V/LA dates. Please just let me know.
Don't be a dick. Seriously. I'm not a babysitter so I will not scold you about your behavior, but if another player complains about you, I'll be forced to take action. Don't do that to me. <3
A note on force-replacement/modkills: I've never made a modkill, and I intend to keep it that way. I'll only force-replace under extreme circumstances or if a player has completely flaked. However, please do not push the envelope.
Deadlines and Night Actions:
Days will have a deadline of two weeks, and Nights will last 48 hours. Deadline extensions will be granted only in extreme circumstances. Not being able to make up your mind is not an extreme circumstance.
If I do not receive your action by deadline, the action is forfeited. You may submit ahead of time. You can also make as many changes as necessary, and at deadline I will take the last action you submitted. Actions may be submitted via PM or bolded in a QuickTopic, if you have one.
All my deadlines end at 19:00 EST because that's when I'm almost always guaranteed to be free. However, deadlines will never be shorter than 2 week days/2 day nights, and never longer than +24 hours. Unless I forget. In that case, feel free to yell at me.

I have reserved 48 hours for setup design, but plan/hope/pray to have that done a lot sooner than that. The countdown for that is (expired on 2016-02-27 12:55:41)
At that point, final role PMs will go out, and the thread will open for confirmation phase. Players have 24 hours to confirm or be replaced. The countdown for that is (expired on 2016-02-28 12:55:41). If a replacement is needed, I will add 24 hours to confirmation phase to allow for picks from the new player, if possible.
Game begins no later than 48 hours after role PMs are sent, or in (expired on 2016-03-01 12:55:41).
Obviously, this is "worst case scenario" timelines, and I plan to do everything I can to make this go as quickly as possible, cuz I cant wait to see how yall play this game
