Since we didn't get to it last year, we'll basically do this to everyone who won this year + last year:

- Assemble a mod team from mod award winners.
- Send out invitations to fill the game to individual player award winners.
- Fill any vacancies first come, first served basis from the Best Scum Group winners.
- Fill any remaining vacancies first come, first served from the Best Town Team winners.
