General Rules:
1. Site Rules apply.
2. You may not quote your role PM, you may not quote any other PMs from me, and you may not quote the time at which I sent you any PM.
3.

Blue

is the colour I'll use to post vote counts, edit things into other people's posts, etc. Do not use this or impersonate me.
4. If you have a question or concern, or if you think that I may have made an error, do not hesitate to ask in-topic or by pm. Be sure to bold requests directed at me so that I see them.
5. If a player is modkilled, they will become a Neutral Survivor resulting in their loss. (Experimental: For every two town players that have to be modkilled scum may agree on one of them leaving the game.)

Voting, Lynching, and Deadlines:
6. Votes must be bolded. Some mods require you to unvote before changing your vote; I do not.
7. A lynch requires a majority (over 50%) vote..

Prodding and Stuff:
8. If a player fails to post for 48 consecutive hours, he will be prodded. If that player does not post for another 24 hours after he's been prodded, he'll be replaced.
9. You only get two prods per day. If you have to be prodded a third time in one day, you WILL be replaced.
10. If you are going away, or if you have limited access to the site, notify me by pm or in-topic so that I know not to prod or replace you. The maximum amount of time you may go without posting due to V/LA is 120 hours (five days).

Game Related:
11. This game features 6 Vanilla Townies and 2 Mafia Goons.
12. Both win conditions are reversed. Town win when Mafia make up 50% of the the Town's population, and Mafia win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
13. This game is Nightless. That means that every phase is a Day phase and Mafia have no factional kill. From D1, you would go straight to D2.
14. Players may not self-vote unless it is the hammer.

If someone accidentally townslips, they tend not to notice it as town. I look much more carefully for slips in my own posts when I'm scum than when I'm town. (Also, for some reason, I townslip more often as scum than as town.) As such, I'm inclined to suspect Not_Mafia for the time being. (I know you're not supposed to answer a question aimed at someone else, but given that this setup has daytalk and Something_Smart aimed the question at multiple people, not to mention that there's not a lot of evidence to base votes on yet, I don't see much of a problem with doing so now.)

I'm much more used to scumhunting than townhunting, and in either case, I'm more used to assessing other people's purported scumhunting to see if it's genuine than their townhunting. As such, I think it makes a lot of sense to talk about our scumreads even though we lynch our townreads. (In particular, if we can positively identify a particular player as scum, we can get a town win via deciding never to lynch them. Of course, it's likely to end up in a lylo where everyone looks scummy and the actual scum will be hard to pick out.)

In addition to the Not_Mafia read, I'm leaning town on Lilith and mildly scum on Jmo. The read on Jmo is based on #13, where he points out how he knows that the Mafia have a PT. That looks to me a lot like trying to avoid appearing to scumslip (when, of course, a bare statement wouldn't be a scumslip because the information is publicly available). Meanwhile, lilith's #8 looks to me like lilith already knew the rules and decided to reread them to point out to Ari where he was breaking them.

So because I believe in always having a vote out on your top read, VOTE: Lilith. Please be careful, though; if someone gets put to L-1 they can selfhammer, so only allow someone to go to L-1 if you're sure they're town. We only have one mislynch in this setup. (The compensation's that with so many more townies than scum, mislynches will be harder for scum to get.)

The idea of intentionally avoiding lynching a strong townie so that they can direct the town for longer (and be lynched last) did occur to me. However, so far I haven't seen much evidence that you're town at all.

I'm typically quite good at looking town as town, but I'm less good at having accurate reads. Being obviously town isn't so great if you're leading town in the wrong direction. (That said, I'm not

terrible

at scumhunting; I'm just not as good as some players are, and I have an unfortunate tendency to tunnel.)
