If the original plan of counter intelligence has worked, we will have no reason to betray because they're too weak.
But the round 2 incident occurred, and Kappy was being stubborn, so my plan was to build a new top-5 that is also fair (almost fair, because xofelf has a spade.)
I mean, the reason I ask Radja specifically to have

to not play his card, is to make sure that everyone can get rid of the their card at the same time, so we can start a fair game.
