N2+N8 = potential second neighborhood shot or alignment cop shot (+ delay shot if scum choose light)
N5 = potential second public message shot (+ fruit vend or prime if scum choose light)
It would be horrendous modding to enforce a situation where an ability gives basically no reward if used well and can go monstrously wrong is used wrongly on an ability that isn't strictly anti-town to use.
b) Our collective actions at the end of day 4 make no sense if we're scumpartners.
1. I preemptively revealed that Jason's alignment was light when multiple people was already suspecting us of being scumpartners,
including the only confirmed town player.
Effectively clearing half the playerlist under this kind of pressure is insanely risky at best. The fact that Jason immediately tried to gambit to try to salvage the situation proves that he felt incredibly threatened by the situation. This likely means that he had calculated that they had no chance of winning unless he got MURDERCAT lynched, AKA the primes they currently have aren't enough to win.
2. Assuming the above is true, why would I suddenly draw so much attention to myself right before the deadline as scum when a Jason lynch was inevitable, especially by doing an info dump that would be fairly easy to fact check just by looking at it (and I know Plotinus likes putting in effort in games, so the rest of the playerlist not caring isn't a point against this)?
But you were actively pushing murdercat versus Jason.
Mechanically I thought you telling us Jason was Light might indicate you two aren't aligned, but considering his role and scum would know each others roles, I can see claiming them as Light as to create pre-emptive distance between the two.
So why would you do the thing you claimed you wouldn't do as scum? Simple: Distance.
Nothing is true, everything is permitted
I do not play like bringer, stop comparing me to bringer.
This is about the only time I can consider self-hammering as town to be not playing against win condition. The loss of info is irrelevant and the only way light town has any chance of winning is with a light-town Lynch or a no Lynch, and on the off chance Snarky is town, him being alive instead of me increases our odds.
Sorry, Plot. I waited this long mainly out of respect for your effort today, but the fact is that we are still opposite alignments.
Fire: You really underestimate how much I'm willing to sacrifice my partners to win. I guarantee I would've turned on Jason immediately the moment he claimed if I was his partner.
Doesn't this just kill your other light town? That's objectively against win condition as now there's no way to win. And I think you screwed dark town too
If you're town, then yes I just killed my own faction. The problem is, we literally had no chance to win without you being scum since dark town is immune from lynches today.
I guess congrats to dark town for that victory, at least. It seems really obvious now that none of the claimed light should've been voting anybody at all. I'm pretty bad for allowing my tunneling to help compromise that.
Dark town will probably win just by the fact that light town and scum both were very disadvantaged by the setup and how it played out, despite having two people lynched in a row.
Oh, what a fateful day it is!
That the evil one's goals are his!
Foreign to this land
Trusting in its sands,
The wise one was banished
To Char he has vanished.
Ankamius,
Light Town Odd-Night Identity Cop
, was banished from Zanos on Day 5.

You are
Sage of Char
.
Born in the remote land of Char, you traveled to Zanos (World of Light and Darkness) at the age of 8 after being abandoned by your parents. Those affiliated with the Light quickly adopted you, and you received some of the finest education in the world. Your thirst for knowledge never stops, and as the years pass by, you become more wise and knowledgable.
May you, through your words of wisdom, let light shine and triumph over all who oppose it.
Role:
Searching Eyes - You were always a fast learner, and it seems your knowledge will become useful. On odd nights, you may target a player to learn whether they are affiliated with Light or Darkness. If your action fails, you will receive "No Result". The mafia do not identify with either identity; instead, they will choose their disguises during pre-game. (In particular, this means that mafia won't necessarily return "No Result" if investigated.)
X is affiliated with Light.
X is affiliated with Darkness.
No Result
Effectively, you are
Odd-Night Identity Cop
You win when the Mafia are eliminated and the opposing town loses.
Please take special note of your faction's lose condition.
If you are the sole remaining player of your faction, you will be endgamed and automatically lose and exit the game.
Confirm by pm'ing me your full alignment (*READ THE FLAVOR TEXT*), flavor name, and effective role.
Oh what a sad, sad day
That the balance of Zanos has decayed!
Hoping to be right
Seeking a great sight,
The missionary trusts in the divine
Yet the Light no longer shines.
SnarkySnowman ,
Light Town Poison-Immune Poison Doctor
, was banished endgamed on Day 5.

A few years ago, you heard of a thing called religion. It sounded cool, and the more you studied it, the more you feel it is real. Now, you are a firm believer in the faith and will do as much as possible to make others believe.
May you, through your miracles, let light shine and triumph over all who oppose it.
Role:
Miracles of the Faith - Each night, you may pray for a player. If that player has been poisoned at any time, your prayer will be answered, and the player's poison will be completely cured.
Power of the Faith
- As a servant of the divine, you carry out the divine's wishes. In exchange, the divine protect you from the factions of evil. You cannot be afflicted with poison.

What sets you apart from everyone else is the divine have taken an interest in you. You are in fact simply a mortal possessed by the divine, but that doesn't stop you from trying to do good. Unfortunately, it seems your time isn't now.
May you, through your divine power, let the secret of darkness spread and triumph over all who oppose it.

Okay... So I know how this looks.
I was under the impression I was light. I'm not sure if this is because Ira said about light players etc joining the hood or just me being dippy...
So turns out I am dark town. I know that my cock up properly will cost us the game, but lets face it, I wouldn't kill my bro Fire!
Things to consider before quick hammering.
-I normally do a derp thing in a game as town
-I normally do a derp thing in a game, but not so crucial
-Fire in my bro, I wouldn't kill him
-I had Jason as scum all game, I advised against Ira and McMeno
-I had a chance to hammer Murder and I didn't, without knowing of the venge kill (assuming it was for the lynch and not scum) it would have been easy to lynch Murdercat then Jason the next day
Other than that, not sure what to say apart from sorry guys for thinking my align differently to what is it.
