The scene: a plane flying over the Bermuda Triangle. Inside the cabin, the speakers crackle and the pilot's voice speaks over the radio.

"Greetings, passengers! This is your captain speaking, we are currently headed for a crash-landing in the ocean next to that spooky-looking deserted island. Please fasten your seat belts and place your tray tables in the upright position. Thank you for flying on the maiden voyage of new Boeing 714, created in partnership with Wrigley's."

Those were the last words to be heard in the cabin of Georgia-Pacific Airways Flight 666, non-stop to Hell, Michigan, with a layover near the Cape of Good Hope, Africa. Shortly thereafter the left wing ripped itself free of the plane, and it tumbled into the ocean.

There were but 13 survivors, each beaten and bruised, one sporting a particularly nasty paper cut. They would have to survive. But there was a bit of a problem...

* A majority of votes by the living players is required to lynch. The number of players alive, and the number of votes needed to lynch will be posted in each vote count and will always be in the first post. Once a lynch has occurred, no changes in votes or pleas for survival will be accepted.
* In the event that discussion is lagging, I will implement a deadline. If there is no majority vote at the deadline, then the person with the most votes will be lynched. In the event of a tie, the person who reached that amount will be lynched.
* Once you have been killed, you are dead. A "Bah" post is acceptable, but no game-relevant information may be posted. This includes posts by a lynched player during Twilight. Of course there
is
no twilight, so that really doesn't matter, does it?
* You may not edit or delete any posts. You may not use "invisible" text or

The 17 survivors awake on the beach. Wait a minute - 17? I thought it was 13? One of you points this out, and a man with the name "George" embroidered in big letters across the front of his shirt speaks.

"AAAAAAAAAAAIAIAIA COUNTED WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG! I'M GONNA GO LOOK AT THE PLANE'S ENGINNNNNNNNNNNNNNE!"

"NO, DON'T DO THAT!"

You watch in shock and horror as George gets sucked violently into the jet engine, and comes out the other side as extremely grim confetti.

"Well, now we're down to 16 people..."

Two people who have identified themselves as Frederick and Daphne suddenly speak up.

"We should split up and look for civilization!"

"WE DON'T WANNA"

"Well OK then, me and Daphne will go into the jungle and look for clues!

The pair walks over to the supplies you've scavenged from the wreckage, load a few into a messenger bag, and head into the jungle.

So you all lived in peace on the beach for about a week, even though your numbers were dwindling rapidly. There was that bizarre incident when an arrow from out of nowhere impaled a man known as Ethan straight through the chest; it was later discovered that the one called "Tim" had been testing his bow made from scavenged parts out in the jungle, and it had misfired; a similar accident shortly thereafter left them with 12 survivors and Tim's brother missing a sibling.

And then, at the end of that week, you made a gruesome discovery...

"WE'RE OUT OF FOOD!"

"What's in that box over there?"

"Ramen."

"What flavour is it?"

"Beef."

"So it's unfit for eating, then... Well, let's attach a message to it and set it adrift, like a message in a bottle!"

"BRILLIANT!"

"Now what?"

"It would seem we'll have to resort to... cannibalism...."

"What about fis-"

"CANNIBALISM."

It is now Day One. With 12 alive, it takes 7 to lynch.

Hallelujah! Praise the lord, for we are all alive. Can I get an amen? The lord is great. Hallelujah! Lets us all thank the lord for our lives, and for this blessing. Most of you would probably have went to hell if we died to day, but no, the lord has decided to give us all another chance. Hallelujah! Can I get an amen to that?

So say if I were to vote, then it would go right into stage 1?

S...s...so if you guys ever want to pressure me into a...a...nswering questions about anything, ask the questions BEFORE you get me to stage 3, ok?

If o...o...other peo...people's stage 3 restriction is as bad as mine, perhaps that sho...should be a universal rule. Don't put someone into stage 3 until you want them dead; be...before that, just use FOS's and threats to vote instead of actual v...v...votes. Ok?

My posting restriction doesn't actually get that bad with advancing levels - I didn't realise they were a big deal. Also, I didn't read his post as voting for kscope - in fact, I missed it entirely. Thirdly. Don't post restrictions go back a level when we unvote the player we were voting? Perhaps I missed something in the rules. I will go and check. I think that's enough words.

I thought levels could be reversed by unvoting. I second Yos' idea of asking first, voting later. (This is supposed to be the rule for all games, isn't it?)
