I.am inclined to side with math here you guys. Mainly because I am also BP and I think 2 BPs in a mini is a bit too much (since I can also protect a second(theoreticaly 3rd person with my other power, at least I assume so from the way it is worded)

I'm not sure if I agree on it being too much, scum had basically an unlimited strongman at their disposal (losing daychat is like nothing as a penalty), but let me think about it.

I would not have expected protect to be 1-shot. if there's someone else who has a useful ability but doesn't want to suffer the overuse penalty, they should poke me.

It isn't 1 shot. It is 2 before overuse (so assume 3Rd incurs penalty but predecessor used it N1 and I supposed they refrained from the second night.

I mean I still feel mostly sure that math is flipping scum, because I don't buy a 1-shot vig and then a 2-shot vig both being in this setup and it's highly likely math made up the format of their role. I mostly just want to sort out how last night went first on the off chance that they flip town.

i was under the impression that usage = 1 meant usage = 1 period and the penalties happened if the gauge overflows

With at least two kills floating around, I'm totally cool with the fact we both have means of avoiding being killed.
Also, why out yourself as BP and then go on to say the overuse penalty is bad? That's not info you should be giving to scum.
I'm not going to talk about the nature of my protection/role but it is not the same as yours and, as I said before, my penalty is just being a miller.
The hilarious thing is that I can keep using it. I'm already a miller at this point, so the overuse doesn't matter to me.

My role actually ups the amount of usage the town can do, so I suggest more people actually act if you can, because I am out of shots after tonight.

Their claim and action make no sense and by roles so far, its very very luckily they are scum.
