I suspect it's not that bad EV-wise, but it might be a bit swingy for my taste. One thing to note is that if the scum kill the Desparado before he takes his shot, the town loses parity because of the venge-kill, so the Desparado should probably shoot day 1 (day 2 at the latest) - likely run someone up to L-1, then have the Desparado shoot (if they are the lynch target, this serves as a claim/free lynch anyway; if not, they have wagon info to work with).
