Mind Control is not damage; it should not have been redirected.
EDIT: Also, Mind Control resolves before Gust. It should not have been redirected twice over.

The ting is, I originally resolved it correctly, but then my half-awake brain realized that mind control should be redirected by gust too (it shouldn't)

So I changed that and ONLY that, for some reason, which resulted in one fizzle losing mana and the other fizzle not losing mana.
