When you try to login in with an incorrect password (Say if someone forgot to authorize your alt and you no longer remember the password a few weeks later), It asks you for a captcha.

The captcha does not work and shows either a broken image link (PC) or simply the words "Confirmation code." (Mobile)

Possibly as a result, the reset password email never arrives.
