passive aggressive is like saying aggressive things but not really doing anything harmful

HI GUYS,,
recently thre is a STALKER STALKING ME i think,, i reported it to my SCHOOL but they say they dont know the preson they cannot help,, it is a 40 year old MAN,, what should I do.....?? should i be VERY AGGRESSIVE???? im a bit scared though of being VERY AGGRESSIVE,, that is why i have been PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE lately
