Accounting Mafia Semi Open

So I have been working on this for awhile and putting it out there for people to look at and comment on. The role list obviously not being published for the game.

Game Setup
  1. This game is a Semi-Open game.
  2. This game employs Decision mechanic, which is detailed much more below.
  3. One player has a Neutral role. This players alignment will possibly change based on Decision 1.
  4. This game has two versions. A 13 player version and a 15 player version.
  5. Scum have confirmed chat during pregame and before Decision 1 is made.
  6. Players have access to Working Papers, this is also known as last will. This is a content filled post that players can prepare before their death is announced to be posted upon their flip. Anything game related that isn't breaking any rules can be put in it. You cannot make this AFTER your death is announced.

Spoiler: Decision Mechanic
Decision
  1. Each day players will decide between a few options that will change the game.
  2. All possible decisions and options are public information.
  3. The first decision will be which setup will be played.
  4. The first decision will take place before you can vote for anyone to be lynched and will have 7 days to decide.
  5. All decisions after Day 1 will be take place concurrently as lynching.
  6. A decision must be made even if a majority isn't made on it, the option with most votes by deadline will be the one that goes through.

Spoiler: Accounts Payable Setup
Nightless
  1. There is no night kill, no power roles.
  2. All player roles are vanilla.
  3. Scum will have a one shot day kill that can be used at any time.
  4. One player who was neutral will convert to scum team.
  5. All players will join a neighborhood with a player in game for 2 player neighborhoods.
  6. Scum have constant chat.
  7. This game will be a 10:5 Town to Scum [15v]
  8. The game will be a 9:4 Town to Scum [13v]


Decisions
Day 2 Decisions:

(1) Lynches from here on are done by gladiate between group pairs. One team challenges another and only people within those groups can be lynched.
(2) The game will proceed as normal, no changes to be made.
Day 3 Decisions:

(1) Players can continue talking to their neighbor if they die from this point forward.
(2) Players can change up the neighborhoods (accounts) they are in for this day and forward. Neighborhoods can still only be two players.
Day 4 Decisions:

(1) Players now act as lover pairs in neighborhoods. If one player dies/lynched, other also dies.
(2) Game continues with no changes.
Day 5 Decisions:

(1) Game speed will now be that of a Blitz. 72 hour day/24 hour night.
(2) Game speed will now be sped up to 7 days for Day. 24 hour night.
(3) Game Deadline removed

Spoiler: Cash Setup
Normal
  1. All players will get a new role pm that will follow Normal guidelines.
  2. Please see the Normal Game Wiki for further description of what constitutes a normal game on MafiaScum.
  3. The only non normal mechanic in this game is the "Decision" mechanic and "Working Papers" seen above.
  4. No White List role(s) were used.
  5. This setup was made with a reasonable assurance to balance.
  6. This game will be a 11:4 Town to Scum with 1 Scum being a traitor who losses if last scum [15v]
  7. This game will be a 10:3 Town to Scum. [13v]

Decisions
Day 2 Decisions:

(1) The game has now two lynches for this day instead of one. The scum team gain a factional strongman/ninja/roleblock if this occurs. This factional can be used on any night.
(2) The game will proceed as normal, no changes to be made.
Day 3 Decisions:

(1) Game thread is open during this night.
(2) Players all become temporary mailmen. They can send up to 10 messages total to players, for this day only.
Day 4 Decisions:

(1) A player can be publicly role copped for the day. Players vote for the person to be role copped after this is chosen. This person role copped cannot be lynched for this day.
(2) Game continues with no changes.
Day 5 Decisions:

(1) Game speed will now be that of a Blitz. 72 hour day/24 hour night.
(2) Game speed will now be sped up to 7 days for Day. 24 hour night.
(3) Game Deadline removed

Role Madness
  1. This will be a game with heavy number of power roles.
  2. Few to no vanilla players will be in game.
  3. Role =/= Alignment
  4. See below for roles and modifiers that are possible for this game.
  5. Roles in this game can have either 0, 1, or 2 modifiers
  6. Players are to be warned that their is no assurance of balance and is likely going to be very swingy.
  7. This game will be a 11:1:3 Town to Scum with 1 Scum being Survivor. [15v]
  8. This game will be a 10:3 Town to Scum. [13v]

Decisions
Day 2 Decisions:

(1) Lynches are now done by Kingmaker mechanic. Random Town player becomes the Kingmaker and they select King who decides the lynch instead. If kingmaker dies previous King becomes Kingmaker
(2) Game continues with no changes.
Day 3 Decisions:

(1) Game thread is open during nights from here on out.
(2) Players LYNCHED and KILLED tonight become tree stumps and can continue talking throughout the game.
Day 4 Decisions:

(1) Player who is lynched today becomes vengeful.
(2) Game continues with no changes.
Day 5 Decisions:

(1) Game speed will now be that of a Blitz. 72 hour day/24 hour night.
(2) Game speed will now be sped up to 7 days for Day. 24 hour night.
(3) Game Deadline removed

Spoiler: Notes Payable Setup
Draft
  1. All Players start out with $1000 in resources
  2. Every player starts out vanilla.
  3. Players can bid during the day and win roles for use at night
  4. Roles sold will be announced but not how much they sold for or who got them.
  5. Bidding abilities will be hidden before they can bid on.
  6. All players will be put in a Neighborhood by scums choosing. These are night only.
  7. These will have up to 3 players in each to fit 4 neighborhoods.
  8. This game is likely going to be swingy but attempts were made to try give balance to the game.
  9. This game will be a 11:4 Town to Scum with 1 Traitor who gains the scum kill if last alive. [15v]
  10. This game will be a 10: Town to Scum. [13v]

Decisions
Day 2 Decisions:

(1) Voting for a lynch is now done by secret ballot, vote count is hidden from players, player with most votes gets lynched from here on out. Neighborhoods will now get their own abilities they can bid for.
(2) Votes can be sold to other players for resources. Players who sell their vote cannot buy a vote for that day. If you buy a vote, you cannot sell your vote for the day.
Day 3 Decisions:

(1) Neighborhoods are now open during the day.
(2) Abilities sold are now known who got the ability and what amount it sold for. This is true in neighborhoods if they have items that can be bid on.
Day 4 Decisions:

(1) All players get $1000 resources.
(2) Game continues on with no changes.
Day 5 Decisions:

(1) Game speed will now be that of a Blitz. 72 hour day/24 hour night.
(2) Game speed will now be sped up to 7 days for Day. 24 hour night.

Updated the original post with the two extra setups added to the game.
So that makes the game able to be either:

Nightless, Normal, Role Madness, or Draft games. (first run will be only either nightless or normal)

Thoughts and comments appreciated.

Yes; and one player will receive a neutral alignment where their alignment changes based on the decision.
