I don't see what your problem is re: aggression there. I read site archives for fun sometimes. There were people who hated modding practices like that.

And those people didn't play the games. Also the site was different back then where insulting someone with a title was an accepted practice. Ani's old title is an example. So when a mod tells you, hey this has a negative connotation and we don't do that, the answer isn't bring up shirt from 2010. But hey, you read site archives, so you know that.

Lolbalance is literally how E advertises their games. It's not a negative! It just means they care more about fun tham balamce, which I like about their setups!

Alisae doesn't advertise his games as balanced and if you join his games expecting them to be balanced then that's on you.
Although there was that one nightless game that was like 85-15 townsided that I laid into him for, I didn't think it'd be that bad

i'm pretty sure the mod was offering his own opinion. the connotation can go either way depending on how the user in question interprets it, so you can whiteknight all you want. it really comes down to if alisae feels it's negative rather than you since both arguments have been made.

It is short and concise but it means laughter. Laughter is through fun moments and general silliness.
Hell we have a discord where it's called Alifun. Anything involving Ali is fun and joyful, and lol can convey that.
Then we have -balance
Balance refers to all things Ali adds to MS
Balance is a term on MS used only in talking about modding.
Ali's modding is impeccable, Ali created a guide to modding and the whole 9 yards.
Then finally lolbalance together shows as a nice poke in how Alisae does their modding

I wasn't trying to force through shit, dude. I was asked to contribute to a discussion about what mafia-related titles I actually feel ARE appropriate, so I brought it up again because I've personally seen the joke around site, and I personally think it describes Alisae. Other people seem to agree, including people who aren't their friends.
Re: The Ari title: Fucking whatever, agree with me or not on Mr Brightside. I found the post from back then, realised it was MORE appropriate now than it was back then, and opened the discussion up on that again because things have changed. The reason it sucked is literally fucking nullified because it's turned into a reason that made it good.
I checked with Ari for enthusiastic consent on that.
And you go and nth a title literally referencing a story that never happened wherein Ari accepts a dog for sex? How is that NOT insulting to Ari?
