As for ICs...

• JDodge did a good job ICing in NG 512.
  
• NabakovNabakov did a pretty good job in a losing effort in NG 518.
  
• Kison nailed NG 551 to the wall, helping end the Pie E7 experiment.
  
• Muerrto gave a good performance in NG 560.
  
• Guardian gave especially good post-game commentary in NG 576.
  
• Ripley was murderously good as a Townie in NG 609.
  
• VRK gave a solid performance in NG 672, and not a bad job (albeit a losing effort) in NG 619. He also gives IC-like advice post-game when he moderates (too many games to mention).
  
• populartajo played well in NG 556.

I'm not nominating any of those tonight, but if other people want to look over the games those players ICed in 2008, it's at least a starting point. I was really disappointed in many of the ICs this year flaking out or flipping out...

I will, however,

nominate Norinel for best IC, for NG 609, NG 623, and NG 650

. Good adaptive playstyle and explanation of thought-processes, there... not bad for being gone a couple of years.
