If the players that I want to nominate to a certain award were already nominated but without body of work, it's optimal for me just post here that I support the nomination or it's optimal to nominate them again myself adding body of work?

and of course...is it any good if I nominate someone even though I'm a newbie here? I mean, I've read a lot of games already but still...
