And now I notice Qe6#, I think Kg8 was still the best move though.
It's part midnight here so I'll probably respond tomorrow.

Yea, Kg8 was the best move I found. The next moves really determine the game. I have massive advantage and mate threats, but you can interfere with them.

It seems like mate is inevitable in this position. There is now a giant block of moves in my lichess study.

I think I still have some play, after Qxe8 Rxe8 I'm down a pawn, but I have the open file and you'll need to move your knight, probably not enough compensation though.
And if we're posting old games:
Me as white playing a practically faultless Basman-Palatnik double gambit... I learned it was an existing opening and not lucking out after a screw-up when I analysed it in Lichess afterwards.

Have to take it. No other good lines exist. I thought Be7 was really interesting though.

Let's get the knight out and have him go around. Let's let him see the world.

Interesting moves you're making. Oh well, my plans still go along not affected.

I think we're pretty even in terms of who's winning. I'm pretty sure if either of us do have an advantage rn, it's me.
Namely because your king is quite vulnerable.

I think it's pretty obvious you have the advantage, the only question is whether it's a game winning advantage.

If 17. ... Bxc5 then 18. Bxc5

Sorry for edit. Secomd after I t thought knight move is better.
If you’re willing to let it slide, I’ll allow you to take back 1 move as well in favor of something else.

I think I'm going to try and keep hold of my bishop pair.
