Someone once told me i only said "why me" as town on this site (and it was true) but i never intended it to be a trust tell, after that game i made a point to say it every game to kill that meta but still, it was made to be a trust tell

A Trust Tell is a specialized behavior a player may use to "prove" their alignment in any arbitrary game via a personal meta argument. For instance, a player may promise that they are Town if and only if they actually are Town in a game, and will use that self-imposed rule when they draw Town as an argument to confirm their alignment whenever they see fit.

The purpose of a trust tell is not to break it at some point in the future and coast on it to win. It's far more effective to keep it up indefinitely, as it will "prove" the player's alignment in game after game.

You faking you had a guilty in twilight when you didn't and your crazy FN gambit could have been seen as these since they fit the conditions of

• The player insists that they only do this behavior as a certain alignment, and never as any other alignment.
  
• The player, over the course of multiple games, only does this behavior as a certain alignment, and never as any other alignment.

First off, it can be any alignment not just town. For example a wolf trust tell could be you always selfhammer at L-1, so optimal play would be to run that player up to L-1 to see if they selfhammer.

It has to fit those conditions yes?
The reason why he does those gambits is because he wants to die.
Wolves don't want to die they want to live.
Therefore this is a trust tell that he has developed over multiple games. It fits the conditions.

Yeah and Ellibereth is probably winning paragon today because he has a database on a lot of people that consists of meta tells.
The difference between those and this is Garry Oma basicly KNOWS that his is a thing he only does as town, so he is abusing it.

Tbh when you see Garry fake guilties, and thats specific moment in Ari's game blew my mind with how stupid it was, it kind of was burned into my memory and because of that moment and him faking guilties, I thought this was a trait he did a lot more often then I thought he did.
