I'm tired of people not answering questions, so I'm going to go out on a limb here.
I am the spy and I think the location is
The Death Star
Unless you threw in some red herrings, it's the only thing that's consistent with all the Q&As so far
On hiatus indefinitely. This was a nice distraction when I was working through my faith transition out of Mormonism, but I need to move on to bigger and better things now. Get to know a meat boy
Nope
Sorry if I contributed to that, by the way :/ In all honesty I like to take some time to think about my answers but sometimes it just entirely slips my mind. Maybe shortening the prod timer would help?
My backup guesses are "Lunar Colony" and "Mars", but that obviously doesn't count.
I don't see how it could be anything other than the Death Star: Stale food, Uniforms, Not intending to do good, Needing technology, No view, testosterone smells, no traffic, familiar tune (i.e. the Imperial March)

Unfortunately, his guess of "The Death Star" was incorrect. His secret society made a valiant effort to rescue him from the far away locale; but to no avail.
Meanwhile, on planet earth, he was forced to walk the plank.....
Beefster's "slept here overnight" threw me off his trail hard because I thought he was a prisoner.
Near the end I thought it was either mallow or nsg, I was leaning mallow at the very end because of the "thankfully" -- I would have thought as a pirate you'd WANT traffic because it means more ships to plunder.
Got some healthy stuff going around = fish I assumed which immediately made me focus more on the sea instead of space.
Cool answer.
Nsg's answers were somewhat vague but they are the kind that only a townie would use. Because they reek of confidence but at the same time don't sound like a random shot in the dark.
But yeah I'm surprised there aren't any prisoners/victims or parrots among the roles.

i'm glad to see a few of my answers threw you off! with "technology" and the familiar tunes i was thinking more of nautical technology (that answer was deliberately meant to kind of mislead the spy) and sea shanties.
well, i figured that "sailing master" meant captain or something, so of course i'd be with the ship from the very start of its voyage. as for the question it was more referring to seasickness than anything else, not sure if that's what you're referring to or what you'd be getting at there.

thats what made me suspect you
was the question about lending a hand a reference to pirates having hooks for hands btw?
