RUMBLE IN E MINOR

To participate, simply post "/in" in the thread and send me a PM with two powers.
If you don't want to pick any powers, PM the mod and he'll select two powers on your behalf.

Once I have received all powers I will reveal the powers and the bidding phase will begin.
Communication in private will be permitted after the bidding phase has begun.
Deadlines will be 48 hours

BlackberryEnergy: 74

Trump's Tupee:
Whoever bids lowest on this power acquires Trump's tupee. All of that user's attacks deal 5 less damage. And you look stupid as !@$#. You can burn your tupee (and thus remove the penalty permanently) at any time by burning 10 energy.

Decrescendo:
Target an opponent. That opponent loses defense equal to 5X for this round (X is the number of turns that have passed)

5 out of 6 - Dessa:
Spend 35 energy to activate. You can scan one player and see their actions before you submit yours

The Hextech Ultimatum:
Burn 15 and choose a player: Target player’s Defense only works if there is more than one person attacking the player.

Getting The Rules Backwards:
When you attack another player, your Attack isn't compared to their Defence, but rather to the amount of Energy they allocate to Attack in that turn. (So the number your Attack is compared to is notaffected by any other powers.)

Oscillating Strength:
On odd turns, +20% attack rounded down. On even turns, +20% defense rounded down.

Aria of Perseverance:
Round up your Energy at the beginning of a round. (If you are at 23, you would round to 30)


FelissanEnergy: 70

Loan Shark:
Choose one player. You lose X Energy, and the chosen player gains X Energy. If both of you are alive after the resolution of the next turn, the chosen player loses 2X Energy and you gain min { 2X Energy, chosen player's Energy at that point turn}.

Bad Blood - Bastille:
Spend 10 energy to activate. Any player who has attacked or dealt damage to you for the past two consecutive rounds is unable to deal damage to you this round.


Berry BotEnergy: 35

This slick robot is a sidekick that starts with 50 energy. And he's studly as &$%@. Berry Bot can launch a rocket (burning 10 of its own energy) to deal 10 unavoidable damage to another hero. Berry Bot may only launch one rocket per turn.

I love Rumble!

I was recently looking at all my notes/documents I had (from years ago) for a planned out Rumble-Esque game. (IE essentially the rules of Rumble but with storyline... kinda RPGish but also kind of reality game show style...).

Bizarre cause I literally thought about a bidding fighting game exactly like this yesterday, glad it actually exists.
