I wish i was at the ceremony. Oh well.

the two avatars in the center are Vismaior and spectrum Void. i was in some newbie games when those 2 were still here.

Hope you play when you get back from that place with no access Spectrum Void. God Bless you and your kid Vismaior. You have your priorities in the right place.

I was judging too but dropped out. I am disapointed to see the award I was nominated for didn;t actually get given out. :(

A scummie? You love me, you really love me! I want to thank the academy of course, and Jesus for making this day possible, and my mom for always being there, and mith and jeep for taking a risk on a young upstart with a pocketful of dreams...
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Congrats!

Of course, if you look at Kelly, who's been here for over two years and still has "Best Newbie" as a badge, and consider that you'll be in the same situation until the award is given to someone else next year... ;)

Congratulations to everyone who won, and to those who were nominated! There were a lot of difficult choices!

I can't help observing that (just like last year) almost all the judges won an award.

Why not have judges that aren't nominated for anything?

...you earned it.

Congrats to everyone who played, and double congrats to those who won. (And quadruple congrats to Kellanie!)

Stoof wrote:I can't help observing that (just like last year) almost all the judges won an award.
I believe we went through this last year.... but considering judges don't vote in categories for which they themselves are nominated, unless you're insinuating that collusion is a habit, I think it's irrelevant. One could argue that people selected as judges are somewhat more likely to win awards, because they're considered upstanding members of the MS community. Their names and faces are well-known, generally for very good reasons. I think a certain level of correlation is to be expected.

VisMaior is the bug thingy.
Jack is the black-and-white photo.
I believe the others have been mentioned already.

I really, really, really want to purchase a tiger rifle. I'd opt for the "Printers" model, if given a choice.
