Double checker is there because Double is too powerful on its own, so now you need both a Double and a Double checker for the Double to work.

Oh no, so how double works is you double any points you received, so if you get +10, it's +20 for you. It always applies every time you gain or lose points. (Which implies that the +9s are also doubled)

The "whenever you want" aspect is to double your score. Doubling your score gets rid of the @, so you won't get double points anymore. You can't double your score if it takes you above 1,500.

Oh. Uh... it's your creation and it's not immediately obvious so you get to choose its alignment I think.
For neutrals it could extend the "pay for + and earn for -" rule so that it costs nothing to take it, but the wording I put implies that as long as it's not a negative symbol, you have to pay to have it.
Again, 103 is not very well-thought out I'm sorry

9: Gain a Token ($). When you have this token, gain 9 points every time you roll. Tokens stack, so land there twice and that's +18 every roll. However, if any other person lands here, you lose all your Tokens and 200 points per Token lost. That person gets one Token.
