technically alim needs to post before it's hard confirmed

but I think it's p much confirmed now -- at a minimum dw/me/dats is conf!not-a-team

but basically if everyone is online and there's not a quickhammer then either scum is being voted (and teammates aren't quick hammering) or scum is voting town (so there's only two votes left out of the three that would be needed for a quickhammer)
