Why double Even-Night Vig...?

It's not. RC did an improper flip. It was a Universal Backup TURNED Even-Night Vig. (Universal Backups should be noted as their original role AND what role they turn into.) The mod flip was okay enough (UB <-> Even-Night Vig read as clear enough), but in the OP RC should've listed it as the same to make it clear.
