I think that it's more likely that he's unable to hammer me. But I think that this difference in probability is not great enough for it to be significant.

To make us think your target is not your target. Similar to in vengeful with the early McMenno push. But that had a clear payoff, whereas us being wrong about your target is far less helpful, so as I said super weak. But I have no other evidence in either direction, so it is what determines "more likely".
