The villagers on my island love my girlfriend and two call me A-bug.

Its because she plays more than me, I know, but its still upsetting.

Also why did she get headliner and I got A-bug?

Anyone actually know how to force a villager out? One of ours is being real annoying and we have three lazy types so why should I keep this third one?

You stop talking to them and there is a hidden dice roll and eventually they will ask if they should move out and you say yes.

So this is the first week I've been able to buy turnips since release since I usually work Sunday mornings, I bought for 107 bells. What sort of price range should I be looking to sell at?

Probably aim around 200. That'll make you a nice 93 bell profit per turnip. If you can get higher, of course. Try not to sell for less than you bought, of course. Also, prices change at Nook's Cranny in both the morning and the afternoon. So, to be most efficient check twice a day.

depends. unless your pattern is good for this week (see OP), you'll probably need to travel. turnip exchange will have various islands and queues, if I have to go there I aim for 1-2 Nook tickets per trip, or bell fee (because after weeks of turnips bells are easier to get than tickets), or tips optional (usually bring something cool, like a flower crown/wreath/seasonal DIY craft).

I think 680 or so is the highest possible sell price. buy price is 90-110. 400 or so is my minimum to aim for when selling. but also I have a discord I can tap that consistently gets ~500 give or take 50 each week, so, bias

once a villager moves, every ~15 days you'll get a prompt. if they stay, it'll come back 5 days later. you can save scum by quitting out during dialogue to make that cooldown time shorter. it seems to prioritize oldest and highest friendship villagers, unless their house is being moves or their bday was recently. more in the twitter thread linked in the article. otherwise, amiibo cards (on the third scan and fetch quest) will force out your villager of choice.

My island is five stars and it's half done and half a huge mess that I'm not sure what I'm doing with. I wouldn't want anyone to visit

anyone still into this? :< i took a very very long break from it but i’ve gotten back into it recently with more motivation to make my island not hideous.

also i think the halloween update is very very cute and love being able to grow pumpkins.

However I just got my sister a Switch and a copy of this because I'm the best brother ever and now I have to get back into it so we can play together and seriously fuck OCD this game is torture but also such a good game.
