I am happy to discuss it after Team 2 has a punt, and we can make a decision, but I don't think your answer is correct.

I just feel like this is a point of semantic misfortune? Like I said in our PT, where I identified the bell as a treble, they’re all to do with tripling/trebling something. I appreciate it if it’s just going to be a very strict interpretation of what is correct, but I feel that it was very clear that we’d figured out the answer and that losing the point is much more about the letter than the spirit of the law. I could just as easily have used the word “trebling” and nearly did when giving our answer.

They're not, though; two of them are specifically associated with the word "treble" rather than referring to the act of multiplying by 3.

The first and fourth are very specifically "treble", not even trebling

but the clues specifically link to the Treble. When a team wins those three cups, it is called "The Treble." It's never been called the "Triple", and the bell is also not referred to as a "Treble."
Only Connect is a very pedantic quiz.

Has anybody ever gone to a bar and ordered a treble?
