Conspiracy is cancelled

A round of Conspiracy (https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Conspiracy) is played, with a deadline of 5 minutes. Different things happen depending on if there was a conspiracy or not:
- If there is a conspiracy and the person not in the conspiracy votes "NO CONSPIRACY", they die.
- If there is a conspiracy and the person not in the conspiracy votes "CONSPIRACY", they choose someone else to die.
- If there is no conspiracy, everyone who voted "CONSPIRACY" dies.

Repeat until everyone but one person is dead. That person wins.

Half the cast is offline so I have made the decision to make this a long marathon game instead, days are 20 hours long
